I helped create a college recruiting campaign that brought Microsoft to life in a way students had rarely seen before: personalized websites, personalized print ads, personalized sandwich boards, sporks, badges, a genius website, a traveling jobcuzzi, sticker sheets, over 30 videos, t-shirts and even laundry detergent! The campaign ran for three consecutive years on 40+ campuses. The result? Recruitment experienced a 25% increase.
